Player to Player Transfers

Here’s how

1. From the poker software, click on the My Account button.
2. Click on the P2P transfer button.
3. Enter the Screen Name of the person you wish to transfer to.
4. Enter the amount.
5. Enter any additional notes for the receiver (optional).
6. Click Transfer.

Things to know

1. You can view your entire History up to 120 day by using the Transaction History functionality on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. Most transfers take less than 15 minutes. Occasionally some may take longer if it’s a bigger transfer or a flagged for additional screening by our system.
3. New accounts can’t make or receive a transfer within the first 24 hours of account creation.
4. Make sure you enter the player’s Screen Name (not their username).
5. If you receive a transfer, you must generate a minimum of 10% rake of the amount of the transfer before requesting a cashout.

Terms and Conditions

• For first-time depositors receiving their transfer, please reach out to our customer support before you begin playing to have the Welcome Bonus applied to your transfer.
• Please note that transfer limits can be altered at any moment and without prior notification. To view your current transfer limits, visit the P2P Transfer Section.
• Although most transfers are completed within minutes, all transactions undergo a review by ACR Poker Security, which could lead to a processing time of up to 24 hours.
• Players who wish to increase their transfer limits can make a request via the poker application. Simply navigate to P2P -> Limit Request Tab.
• ACR Poker is not liable for settlement agreements reached between players regarding transferred funds. Always ensure you have a trustworthy relationship with the individual you are transacting with.
• Funds transferred via P2P are intended for gameplay at ACR Poker. A 10% minimum play requirement is necessary before a customer can withdraw transferred funds.
• Once completed, all transfers are final.
