The details surrounding the tourney have not yet been released
After the success of their last poker event, YouTube streamers Ludwig and Jimmy “MrBeast” plan to host another million-dollar tournament. However, because Jimmy doesn’t want to fly to another city, the event must be held at his house, which everyone agreed to. If it turns out like the last event, it will be appointment viewing because of the large amounts of money won and lost at the prior tournament.
Ludwig was on the phone with MrBeast during his most recent YouTube stream. While his chessboxing event was a disaster, his previous Poker stream racked up a huge number of views. The two began discussing another big-money Poker tournament, with Jimmy asking when it could possibly happen. “This year. My goal is next six months. Summer,” said the host.
MrBeast was very interested but said he didn’t want to fly anywhere to participate. However, if they could meet that condition, he was open to playing some poker with Ludwig and the other players, to which Ludwig replied, “Yeah. I’ll make it happen. I’ll pick a good time for you.”
Ludwig suggested “100K” when discussing the buy-in but implored MrBeast not to choose a higher amount. However, Jimmy’s biggest concern was with how many people would be playing to have an idea of how much he would win.
“Nah, we’ll do nine people, full table, buy-in, re-buys allowed, 100K buy-in,” said Ludwig. “I’ll bring Alan Keating, god bless his heart, who lost a million dollars.”
There aren’t any more details about the game besides the fact that the two YouTubers and Keating will be attending.
