Dnegs is once again raising money for one of his long-time causes, St. Jude’s Hospital
Poker fans will have a chance to join Poker Hall of Famer Daniel Negreanu on Wednesday, September 9, for a night of food, fashion, fun, and poker for an important charity. The Rose Rooftop at Resorts World Las Vegas will host the Viva St. Jude Charity Series of Poker, with all proceeds benefitting St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
The event begins with a live first-class auction before dinner and features live entertainment and a premium open bar. The latest designs from Anne Fontaine will also be featured at the cocktail party.
Fans can also play against Negreanu himself in an exclusive turbo poker tournament after dinner. Lots of bounties and prizes are available to be won, including a ticket to enter the $10,000 buy-in World Series of Poker 2024 Main Event.
Poker and dinner packages can be purchased for $400. You can also purchase a package for dinner without poker for $300 or poker without dinner for $200. There will also be add-ons and rebuys available during the tournament for $100.
September also marks Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Many groundbreaking treatments developed at St. Jude Children’s Hospital have helped increase the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to over 80% since it opened in 1962.
The Charity Series of Poker was founded in 2014 by poker pro Matt Stout. The nonprofit company was established to organize and promote events like charity poker tournaments to raise funds and awareness for many deserving causes and institutions. Visit the CSOP website for more information and to purchase tickets to the event.
