The tournament will be held this December at Atlantis at Paradise Island
After a record-breaking summer and the most popular and longest-running poker event, the World Series of Poker (WSOP) kicks off with a new series of live poker games, WSOP Paradise. This new series will take place from December 3-14 at Atlantis at Paradise Island Resort and Casino in the Bahamas.
This latest series builds on the success of the record-breaking 2023 WSOP, held this summer at Paris Las Vegas and the Horseshoe Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. With 15 bracelet tournaments, WSOP Paradise will draw points from a total prize pool of $50 million, including a $5,000 Main Event with a total prize pool of $15 million and a $1,500 Mystery Bounty with a guaranteed pool of $5 million.
In addition, WSOP Paradise offers incredible benefits for high rollers. It includes a $100,000 tournament with a $5 million guarantee, an event with a prize pool of $50,000 and $2 million guarantee, two Pot-Limit Omaha tournaments with guarantees of at least seven figures, and a $25,000 event with a massive $10 million guarantee.
The tournament series will showcase a renewed Atlantis resort. According to Joe Brunini, Chief Gaming & Customer Development Officer, “Atlantis’ 25th anniversary launches a new chapter for the resort, unveiling a multimillion-dollar transformation of the Atlantis Casino complemented by renovated guestrooms at The Royal and Michelin star chef dining experiences in time for the WSOP Paradise event. We are excited to welcome the WSOP Paradise this winter and look forward to hosting the debut of this premiere tournament series for players and their fans.”
The complete event schedule will be announced at a later date. The WSOP reserves the right to cancel, change or alter any tournament or tournament event, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
