Stephen Chidwick has overtaken Justin Bonomo following several deep runs
For the first time in nearly a year, there’s been a shift near the top of poker’s most prestigious leaderboard. The Hendon Mob’s All-Time Money List has a new name in the number two spot, with England’s Stephen Chidwick overtaking Justin Bonomo after a hot start to 2025.
Chidwick’s rise is largely thanks to his strong showing at the Triton Super High Roller Series in Montenegro, where he added over $1.5 million to his total earnings. So far this year, he has collected over $2.8 million across 19 live cashes, helping him move into second place on the list with $66,273,388 in career winnings. Bonomo, now third, sits just behind with $65,611,094.
This change marks the end of a long run for Bonomo, who had held the second spot since August 2023. However, with no recorded cashes in 2025, Bonomo’s quiet year has opened the door for Chidwick’s steady grind to make an impact.
Chidwick’s 2025 campaign includes 12 cashes across Triton stops in Jeju and Montenegro. Among the biggest were a sixth-place finish in the $100K Main Event in Montenegro for $879,000 and a third-place result in a $30K 8-handed event worth $463,000. He also found success outside of Triton, adding solid scores in events like the €25K PLO High Roller at EPT Monte Carlo and the US Poker Open.
A reliable presence in the high-stakes circuit, Chidwick has cashed for more than $1 million in 13 separate events throughout his career. His first World Series of Poker bracelet came in 2019, and his second, won in 2024, added another major highlight to his resume.
While Chidwick continues his climb, Bryn Kenney remains far ahead in first place with over $75 million in total live earnings. Jason Koon also made moves, jumping to fourth after a big win in Montenegro, while Phil Ivey returned to the top 10 with another deep run.
Chidwick’s push reflects a decade of consistency and success. Since 2013, he’s earned at least $1 million every year. With the way 2025 has started, he’s showing no signs of slowing down.
