The online tournament series began yesterday and will run for the next two weeks
Global Poker recently concluded its 25 Days of Poker promotion over the holidays and immediately moves into another major series for players who like deep-stacked poker. The Global Poker Monsterstack Series III will run from January 8-21 and looks to flood players with chips by featuring Gold Coins (GC) 400,000,000 and Sweeps Coins (SC) 1,000,000 in total guaranteed prizes. There will be a total of 58 trophies also up for grabs.
The popular Monsterstack III series will be one of Global Poker’s most deeply structured online tournament series, featuring 14 days of exciting action, giving players a lot of time to win a share of the guaranteed prize pools available.
The highlights of the series are the Monsterstack 14 H – Main Event – GC 40,000,000 Guaranteed (Super Deep) and the Monsterstack 14 H – Main Event – SC 100,000 Guaranteed (Super Deep), which both will be held on January 21.
The two-week series features plenty of other highlights, including several Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) events such as the Monsterstack 09 H – PLO GC 10,000,000 Guaranteed (6-Max, Super Deep) and the Monsterstack 09 H – PLO SC 25,000 Guaranteed (6-Max, Super Deep) events running on January 16.
Global Poker will also award prizes to players who finish at the top of the Monsterstack leaderboards. The player at the top of the Gold Coin leaderboard wins five Golden Scrimmage entries, along with some exclusive Global Poker merchandise. The winner of the Sweeps Coin leaderboard also gets some Global Poker swag along with SC 1,500 in entries to play in the upcoming Grizzly Games VI series.
Satellites are currently underway, allowing players to earn discounted entries to each event.
