The series will run in Paris from February 18 through March 1
The European Poker Tour (EPT) is set to make its return to Paris after last year’s stop was called off due to regulatory issues. PokerStars confirmed the popular tour will be back in the French capital from February 18 through March 1, marking the first EPT festival of 2026.
The event will once again take place at Le Palais des Congrès, bringing top-level tournament poker back to one of Europe’s most recognizable venues. Paris first joined the EPT schedule in 2023, and its absence last year left a noticeable gap for players eager to compete in the city.
EPT Paris will run for 12 days and feature a packed schedule of 52 tournaments, including satellites, side events, and several major championships. Early highlights include the €1,650 (US$1,980) PokerStars Open Main Event and the €825 (US$985) PokerStars Open Cup, both kicking off during the opening week.
The centerpiece of the festival will be the €5,300 (US$6,340) EPT Main Event. Organizers are hoping to surpass the 1,224 entries recorded at the 2024 edition, which set a strong benchmark for the stop. High rollers will also have plenty to choose from, with buy-ins climbing as high as €100,000 (US$120,000).
Another attraction returning to Paris is the Spin & Go Championship Live. The two-day event will feature 81 online qualifiers competing in three-handed tables, following the same fast-paced format players know from the online version. No direct buy-ins will be available.
Beyond prize money and trophies, players will also compete for PokerStars Live League points. Strong finishes can lead to leaderboard rewards and a future freeroll worth €100,000 (US$120,000).
Online qualifiers for EPT Paris remain open, with buy-ins starting at just cents in some regions. With Paris back on the calendar, anticipation is building for one of the tour’s most anticipated stops.
