The tournament series begins on November 4 and includes a $1M GTD Main Event
The Borgata Fall Poker Open is officially making its return after a five-year break, and players across the East Coast are gearing up for one of Atlantic City’s biggest poker events of the year. The series runs from November 4 to 18 at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, bringing back a full schedule of action after last year’s smaller Fall Mini Series.
This year’s edition is packed with 16 main events, plus a variety of side tournaments designed to appeal to players of all skill levels. The lineup features seven mixed game events, 16 qualifiers, and eight tournaments held in partnership with the Bar Poker Open. The highlight of the festival will be the $1 million guaranteed Main Event, featuring a $2,700 buy-in and two starting flights on November 14 and 15.
Big guarantees run throughout the schedule, starting with the Fall Almighty Kickoff. That opening event offers a $600,000 guarantee and six starting flights, with survivors returning on November 8 for Day 2. Other major events include a $200,000 Mystery Mirror Bounty, a $400,000 Progressive KO Bounty, and a $200,000 Mini Main Event Warmup. The always popular Saturday Series returns with a $100,000 guarantee, while a $300 Ladies Championship offers a $25,000 prize pool.
Mixed-game enthusiasts will have plenty to look forward to as well. The early portion of the series includes seven different formats, starting with a $500 BEAST event on opening day and finishing with a $1,100 2-7 Single Draw on November 11. In between are classics like HORSE, TORSE, and an 8-Max PLO Mix, each with a $500 buy-in.
After half a decade away, the Borgata Fall Poker Open promises a packed schedule, big fields, and a festival atmosphere that should once again make Atlantic City a prime destination for live tournament poker this November.
