The $10,400 Wynn Summer Championship will be a $10-million GTD event
The Wynn Summer Classic is officially set for 2026, giving poker players a full summer schedule packed with large prize pools and a wide range of events. The series follows the conclusion of the Wynn Millions and continues the venue’s strong presence in the tournament scene.
This year’s festival will run from May 20 through July 13 in Las Vegas, overlapping with the World Series of Poker. The timing creates a busy period for players traveling to the city, with multiple major events happening at once.
The headline event is the $10,400 Wynn Summer Championship, which comes with a $10 million guarantee. It will feature several starting flights before wrapping up with a final table in late June, expected to draw a large and competitive field.
Organizers are once again focusing on big guarantees across the schedule. Players can find events like a $3,500 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $5 million prize pool and multiple Mystery Bounty tournaments offering millions in guarantees.
Pot-Limit Omaha fans are also well represented. A $3,000 PLO Mystery Bounty event with a $2 million guarantee highlights the non-hold’em lineup, along with additional PLO and mixed-game tournaments spread throughout the series.
The schedule opens with smaller buy-in events, including a Seniors tournament and mixed games, giving players of different skill levels a chance to participate. As the weeks progress, buy-ins and guarantees steadily increase.
Special events such as Ladies and Seniors High Rollers add variety to the lineup. These tournaments continue to grow in popularity and provide more focused competition within the broader festival.
After paying out tens of millions in previous years, organizers are aiming for another strong turnout. With a packed schedule and overlapping events across the city, the summer poker scene in Las Vegas is shaping up to be as busy as ever.
