Sunday Recap: Dual Mystery Bounty Venoms kick off

On Sunday, we kicked off our Dual Mystery Bounty Venom tournaments.  Day 1A saw a solid turnout, as players took advantage of our $8 Million NLH and $2 Million PLO Venoms as well as our Venom Specials and signature Sunday tourneys.

Venom Special Sunday HR $600,000 GTD

There were 1,233 entries who competed in Sunday’s $600K GTD Venom Special Sunday HR ($630 buy-in). That resulted in a big $739,800 prize pool. Congrats to the 149 players who cashed, including the top 3:

3. tederica -> $73,866

Venom Special $400,000 GTD

Thanks to 593 entries, the prize pool in Sunday’s $400K Venom Special ballooned to a whopping $593,000. Congratulations to all 73 players who cashed in this $1,050 buy-in tournament. Here’s the top three after a two-way final table deal:

$100,000 GTD Sunday Special 

With 747 total entries, Sunday’s $100K unlimited re-entry tourney had a tiny overlay of $600. A total of 97 players got paid in this $215 buy-in no limit hold’em event. The top-3:

1. Iveybluffallin -> $30,221
2. BOOMSELECTA -> $21,996
3. soappalled -> $16,057

The Sunday Moneymaker $300,000 GTD

Our affordable $300K tournament, which is named after ACR Pro Chris Moneymaker, featured 3,531 entrants.  At the end of late registration, the prize pool hit $353,100 in this $109 buy-in event. 434 players cashed, including the top three:

3. KLEFTES -> $29,623

Venom Special PKO $250,000 GTD

Our $250K Venom Special PKO tourney ($215 buy-in) featured 1,404 entrants and a final prize pool of $280,800. Players duked it out for $140,400 in regular prize money and another $140,400 in bounties. 175 players cashed and even more earned bounties. Top three:

2. barroparadise -> $18,923 + $6,288 bounty
3. Kenos24-> $13,672 + $1,763 bounty
