WPT Seminole Rock' N' Roll Poker Open wraps up today

The final six players will grab their seats to determine a winner this afternoon

The final World Poker Tour (WPT) Championship Event of Season 21 attracted 1,447 players who paid the $3,500 buy-in to the WPT Seminole Rock’ N’ Roll Poker Open, pushing the $3 million guarantee to just over $4.6 million. A $752,500 first-place prize and a ticket to the upcoming WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas will be awarded to the champion.

The final table will be streamed on WPT’s YouTube, Twitch and Facebook channels beginning at 2:30 PM ET. Six players remain for the final table and will each take home at least $157,800, which would be a career-high score for several of them.

Istvan Briski enters the final day as the chip leader. His biggest lifetime live cash was a third-place finish at the $777 WSOP Lucky 7s for $226,968. Sandy Sanchez has over $282,000 in live tournament earnings, with his biggest cash coming at the 2021 WSOP $1,500 Omaha Hi/Lo 8 or Better for $51,590.

Fred Goldberg finished tenth in the 2006 WSOP Main Event for over $4.1 million. He also won a bracelet in 2007 at the WSOP $1,500 Mixed Hold ’em event for $204,935. Rayan Chamas has $547,669 in career earnings. He finished fifth at the $3,300 CAD PokerStars Canada Cup for $84,070, his biggest score.

Darryll Fish is one of the most experienced pros at this final table, with over $5 million in live tournament earnings. His biggest cash was a second-place finish at the 2018 Party Poker Live Millions for $937,221.

Matt Bond has over $2.2 million in career live earnings, taking his biggest prize after finishing 35th at the 2017 WSOP Main Event for $214,913.
