The event will raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas is set to host a Charity Series of Poker (CSOP) event tomorrow, supporting the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The event, called Viva St. Jude, will combine charity, fashion, and poker for an evening aimed at making a difference.
The night kicks off at 4:00 PM with a cocktail reception showcasing the latest designs from Anne Fontaine and MACEOO, with Anne Fontaine herself in attendance. Attendees will then enjoy a sit-down dinner at the Viva St. Jude Fashion Soirée, which will also feature a live auction sponsored by MJ Christensen Diamonds. Exclusive items will be up for bid, and guests will hear from a St. Jude family, underscoring the importance of the hospital’s mission to find cures and save children.
After dinner, the main event of the evening—an exciting charity poker tournament—will begin at 8:00 PM. The tournament has a turbo structure and a top prize of a $10,000 seat in the 2025 World Series of Poker Main Event. The buy-in for the tournament is $200, but players can also opt for a $500 package that includes entry to all the evening’s festivities. Throughout the tournament, participants can take advantage of unlimited $100 re-buys and add-ons, giving them more chances to win.
For those who aren’t poker enthusiasts, the fashion show, dinner, and auction can be enjoyed separately for $350. Along with final table prizes and bounties, there will be silent auction items available for bidding.
Founded in 2014 by poker professional Matt Stout, the CSOP has raised funds for various causes across its 71 events. This weekend’s tournament is expected to continue that tradition, combining poker and philanthropy for a good cause.
